How we produce

Production process

From cultivation to packaging – discover the stages that ensure the highest quality of our mushrooms.

1. Substrate preparation and incubation

Specialist substrate is placed in controlled growing conditions, where the mycelium growth process begins. Constant monitoring of temperature and humidity ensures optimal development conditions.

2. Cultivation in a controlled environment

Mushrooms grow in modern production halls with precise climate control. The process takes place without the use of pesticides or plant protection products.

3. Harvest and quality selection

Mature mushrooms are harvested by hand and then subjected to selection by size and quality. Each batch undergoes inspection before packaging.

4. Packaging and distribution

The product goes into appropriate packaging – loose or in trays – according to customer orders. Ready batches are prepared for transport and further distribution.
